This is a three-day course designed for professionals and managers who need to know and understand the fundamentals of HR management for use in their day to day roles.
It takes participants through the complete employee life cycle - from pre-recruitment through to post-termination, equipping them with skills to get the best out of their team and avoid legal risks as related to people management.
By the end of this course, participants will have a sound introduction to practical knowledge and tools and should be able to tackle basic HR issues themselves.
The training is delivered by experienced facilitators in an active workshop format, designed to encourage both the internalization of, and the application of new skills with an emphasis on rapid transfer of skills taught into the work environment. Participants also get the benefit of networking with peers from other organizations across the country.
