Since the inception of The New York City Leadership Center's annual Movement Day in 2010, over 11,000 ministry, church, business, seminary, university and foundation leaders have come to NYC to be challenged, inspired, and catalyzed in the City transformation. With
5million people moving into cities every year, Cities are crucial. NYC in 1988 had 8 murders a day, it has been transformed to the safest city in the United States through a collaborative effort. Chris is passionate about raising up the next generation of entrepreneurs. He is driven by the dream that he and others can be instrumental in shaping and defining the future. When, as a young boy, life gave him the proverbial lemons, he literally sold them for a profit. Thus began his life as an entrepreneur. He considers his father, who taught him to “live your life so you can look yourself in the mirror each day” to have been his greatest mentor. Chris attributes his success to some of the guiding principles and lessons he has learned: perseverance, honesty, understanding the value of people, sacrifice, working smart, and having fun. Topping of the list of his interests are good food, red wine, and travel, especially to international cities
