Tickets for the Headies 2016

Without a doubt, the Headies is the biggest show in Nigeria and the most prestigious music award show. For more than a decade, it has promoted and celebrated the Nigerian entertainment industry.
For its 11th edition, the tireless team behind this show will be continuing in its tradition of delivering world-class quality in terms of arrangement, delivery, and production of the ceremony.

This year’s edition will see exhilarating performances from the biggest Nigerian acts, such as 2face, Darey, Flavour, Mr. Eazi, Seyi Shay, Kiss Daniel, Humblesmith, Aramide and a whole lot more.

According to the executive producer of The Headies, Ayo Animashaun, the only way fans can ensure their favorite artiste wins is by voting for them. Only through votes will a winner be chosen. ‘We are not going to take responsibility if another underdog wins a category; the only way to avoid that is to vote,’ he said.

Also in this year’s edition, the event will kick off immediately after the red carpet at 9 p.m. with the gate closing at 8:45 p.m. So guests who arrive at the venue late might be surprised that the ceremony has ended.

The Headies have also partnered with a cab service provider – SMART CAB, who will provide free ride to and from the event venue.

The Headies 2016 will be hosted by Falz and Adesua Etomi and holds at the Eko Convention Centre on the December 22, 2016, with the red carpet kicking off at 7 p.m.
